Frequently asked
questions

Is my data safe?
The plus button is at the top right of the question and answer panel used to expand the response to each question,

Yes. When using AI features, your data is securely transmitted to our subprocessors for processing, but it is never stored or retained. We do not train our AI on your data.

Who are your subprocessors?
The plus button is at the top right of the question and answer panel used to expand the response to each question,

We use a small number of trusted subprocessors to deliver and secure our services:

Cloudflare powers several of our APIs and background workers, while also providing security and performance optimization for our infrastructure.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) provides storage, authentication, and backend services that support core functionality of the app.

OpenAI powers AI features such as summarization. Your data is securely transmitted to their API for processing but is never stored or used to train their models.

All subprocessors meet strict security and privacy standards. Your data is encrypted in transit and handled only as needed to deliver specific features.

Does it run on my Mac?
The plus button is at the top right of the question and answer panel used to expand the response to each question,

Presentable requires a web browser and macOS 14.2 or later. It includes an optional virtual camera extension that enables on-screen overlays in video calls. Some enterprise-managed systems may block this extension due to security policies. If that happens, you’ll need to contact your system administrator to approve it. All other features will continue to work normally without the extension.

Do I need an account?
The plus button is at the top right of the question and answer panel used to expand the response to each question,

Yes, for calendar magic. You must sign in to use the app. You can sign in with a Google account (personal or business) or with an email and password. We recommend using Google if you want seamless calendar integration.
